There was a short wreath laying ceremony on Sunday at the War Memorial in the churchyard. Due to government restrictions, this was only attended by community representatives laying a wreath, members of the armed forces or veterans.

Make a “poppy tree”!

It’s not too late to add your poppy to the  “Poppy Tree” in St Mary’s Churchyard: Make a poppy (weather-proof, please) and attach it to the netting around the yew tree in front of St Mary’s Church. Do add your poppies after Remembrance Sunday – we will keep the poppies on display for a couple of weeks longer.
