An overcoming (not overwhelmed) mindset

  • Dispute the negative thinking (write down the false thoughts and dispute them with the truth (especially from the Bible).
  • Get back control. See exercise for Day 3. Choose not to take responsibility for the things you cannot control but act on the things you can control.
  • Connect with others. Reach out to one trusted person today.
