It’s Palm Sunday! Join us for an action-packed service for all ages to start Holy Week.
Joey the Donkey will help us understand what Palm Sunday is all about. We will also hear from Jane Butcher (Bible Reading Fellowship) about resources to keep our faith vibrant. Join Edda and Christoph, live from the Rectory, at 10.30am.

Our Lent Appeal: Bibles in Ncam
On Sunday, Christoph talked with Samuel Kpagheri at Church Coffee Online. Samuel works with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Togo and West Africa as a translation consultant.
We talk about the bible in Ncam, the local language, to which Samuel contributed. It was completed in 2015. Alongside it runs a literacy programme especially geared towards women who have a crucial role in the education of the next generation. Many people do not have the resources to buy their own Bible in Ncam. This Lent, can you make a contribution towards free and subsidised Bibles so that many more can read the Bible in their mother tongue?

Helping the Homeless
Our Mission Partner Trinity/SHOC is doing a fantastic job in helping the homeless in our area. They have asked for the following donations:

Underwear
Disposable razors
Shaving foam
Sanitary products
Deodorant
Toiletries
Hand sanitizer
Our church members Clive and Caroline Ashcroft are collecting items this week. Alternatively you can take them to our church office by previous telephone arrangement with our parish secretary. Please do not leave items outside our church!
