There will also be a 9am service after which we will give little posies of flowers to mothers, grandmothers, godmothers!
Advent Film Night: Sat 14 Dec, 5-7pm
Our first ever Advent Film Night at St Mary’s – this coming Saturday (14 Dec) from 5pm until 7pm.
This is an event or the whole family, with two short all-age features. In between: hot drinks!
No need to sign up, just turn up.

Tomorrow is Advent Sunday. Advent is a special time of waiting and preparation as we travel towards Christmas! Tomorrow’s theme is Advent Hope and our 10.30 service will include a quiz about people whose school reports marked them as ‘hopeless cases’ but who later went on to make an impact on our world. In the afternoon, we’ll kick off our Advent and Carol Services with “Carols at Café Church’ at St Mark’s Church Hall in Denham Green. We’ll start at 3.30pm. Arrive a bit earlier for a nice cuppa!

At our last Annual Church Meeting in May we adopted “Care for the Family” as a new mission partner. This coming Sunday at 10.30am, our guest speaker Adrian Youings (Head of Supporter Relations) will be speaking to us about God’s heart for families and the fantastic work that “Care for the Family” are doing.

St Mary’s Festival Sunday Service 10th September 2023
