Peace of mind
No real change can take place until a person’s thinking is changed.
- Take control of your thoughts (replace lies with biblical truths – “I am useless” > “I am a beloved child of God.”).
- Cast your cares upon God (1 Peter 5.7)
- Connect with people and help people
- Be thankful
