Peace of mind

No real change can take place until a person’s thinking is changed.

  • Take control of your thoughts (replace lies with biblical truths – “I am useless” > “I am a beloved child of God.”).
  • Cast your cares upon God (1 Peter 5.7)
  • Connect with people and help people
  • Be thankful
