Depleted or replenished?
There is good tired (after a good workout or a long and productive day) and bad tired. Chronic fatigue is dangerous! Take a few moments to pray and thank God that he understands our humanity. As you go through your day, check your fatigue levels. Invite God to refresh you and to teach you rhythms of replenishment.
